Clinical Study Of Intravitreal Injection Of Conbercept In The Treatment Of Macular Edema Secondary To Central Retinal Vein Occlusion

Objective To observe the efficacy of conbercept in the treatment of macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion.Methods To be a retrospective study,15 eyesof 15 patients with macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2015 were selected.we should examine the systemic conditions of patients before the intravitreal injection,if they have systemic diseases or bad habits.What’s more,a serious of comprehensive eye examination is necessary,such as the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure,central macular thickness(CMT:by optical coherence tomography)and fundus photography.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure,central macular thickness(CMT:by optical coherence tomography)and fundus photography of 1w,1m,3m and6 m after injectionwere recorded,and compared with pretherapy.BCVA and CMT were statistically analyzed by paired test.Results Best corrected visual acuity of all patients were improved after intravitreal injection of Conbercept.Before treatment,BCVA was 1.15±0.22,BCVA at 1w,1m,3m and 6m after treatment were 0.98 ± 0.25,0.92 ± 0.26,0.82 ± 0.32,0.70 ± 0.29 respectively,statistical analysis was significant(P < 0.05).The CMT was thinner than prior treatment,Before treatment,the CMT was 596.13±54.30μm,the CMT at 1w,1m,3m and 6m after treatment were258.80±32.00μm、245.87±74.11μm、254.26±127.76μm、168.07±23.43μm respectively,statistical analysis was significant(P < 0.05).In the whole process,the macular edema of some patients would be return,it was still significantly decreasedafter reinjection.Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept improves visual acuity and relieves macular edema in a short time secondary to CRVO.It indicated that the drug in the fight against central retinal vein occlusion secondary to macular edema has obvious advantages and and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving visual acuity in patients,of course the effect is significant.Surely,there has the phenomenon of repeated illness in the course of long-term observation,after re-injection of intravitreal injection of intrauterine Compounds the edema was reduced fouunded by the coherent optical tomography,This shows that the drug cycle is still to be considered,they should be reinjection and become better later.
