Objective: To investigate and compare the biological characteristics of the ductal carcinoma insitu and invasive carcinoma of the breast.Methods: Clinical and pathological data of patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2011 to January2016 were retrospectively analyzed,including 300 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ of pure,300 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ with invasive ductal carcinoma,through the analysis of the biological state index,including ER,PR,Her-2,Ki67 by immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization,to understand the change of biological state index in the process of ductal carcinoma in situ change to invasive ductal carcinoma,and to further understand the natural history of breast ductal carcinoma in situ,and try to search for ductal carcinoma in situ,predictive factors for invasive cancer,also that patients with ductal carcinoma in situ of low risk to avoid unnecessary over treatment,so that patients with ductal carcinoma in situ of high risk to the timely and effective treatment,prevent the further progress finally,to achieve accurate medical treatment with different treatment.Results: Nuclear grade for high-grade cancer is more higher than non high-grade cancer no matter ductal carcinoma insitu of pure or the part of ductal carcinoma insitu,the proportions were 58.3% and 61.7%.There was no significant difference in the expression of ER and PR in the part of ductal carcinoma insitu and another part of invasive carcinoma,not statistically significant(P>0.05);The positive expression of Her-2 and Ki67 were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of ER,PR and Her-2 in the ductal carcinoma insitu of pure and the part of invasive carcinoma;The positive expression of Ki67 were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nuclear grade for high-grade of the ductal carcinoma insitu is easy to develop to invasive carcinoma.High nuclear level,overexpression of Her-2,and high expression of Ki67 are predictive factors for invasive ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive breast cancer.In the process of development,there are different changes in the biological status indicators,ER and PR were highly consistent,but the expression of Her-2 and Ki67 were significantly changed,which can guide clinical treatment of individual patients with individualized treatment and assess prognosis of the breast cancer patients,preventing further deterioration of the patient’s condition also avoidng the excessive treatment of patients.In addition,it is possible to find a new treatment for ductalcarcinoma insitu.
