| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Tamsulosin combined with Solifenacin in the treatment of prostatitis III.Methods: From May 2015 to November 2016,92 patients with prostatitis III were selected and treated in our hospital, who were divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=46)randomly.The patients were administrated with tamsulosin at 0.2mg once daily for 4 weeks in the control group, and patients in the study group were administrated with tamsulosin at 0.2 mg and solifenacin at 0.5 mg once daily for 4 weeks. The curative effect was assessed by the NIH-CPSI before the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results: Patients in the study group has the high total effective rate(95.7%),which was significantly higher than that of control group(82.6%),the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks treatment, the pain or discomfort symptom score, voiding symptom score, quality of life score and overall scores of patients in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Single use of tamsulosin hydrochloride or combined with solifenacin had taken clinic curative effects and less adverse reactions.Compared with the single usage of tamsulosin, the combined program of tamsulosin hydrochloride or solifenacin could get better curative effects, which confirmed that the above combination was more suitable to the clinic use. |
