| ObjectiveTo compare the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with Tamsulosin capsule and Tamsulosin capsule in the treatment of chronic Prostatitis of damp-heat stagnation type,the related test evaluation index,mental,disease burden and cost-effectiveness.With a view to providing some reference for the future formulation of related Policies and similar interventions.MethodsAccording to the principle of random control,70 patients with CP of damp-heat stasis type were selected and randomly divided into acupuncture group(35 cases)and drug group(35 cases)according to the computer code.Tansulosin capsules were taken orally in the drug group;electroacupuncture Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao(double),Yinlingquan(double)and other points were combined for treatment in the acupuncture and medicine group.Complete 3 months of treatment,compare the overall efficacy of replacement,TCM syndrome score,symptom index(NIH-CPSI),objective index scores of prostate fluid test,Hamilton worry,Hamilton depression score,economic burden of disease,effect and Cost relevance and adverse reactions.ResultsThirty patients in the tamsulosin group(medicine group)alone and 31 in the electroacupuncture combined tamsulosin group(acupuncture group)were completed.1.Comparison of efficacy:9 cases(29.03%)were cured in the acupuncture and medicine group,and the total effective rate was 29 cases(90.32%),which was greater than the cure rate of 6 cases(20.00%)in the tamsulosin group,and the total effective rate was 24 cases(80.00%)..2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:after treatment,the symptoms of alternative TCM are improved and improved compared with before treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);the acupuncture and medicine group is separated from the drug component,which has an advantage in the improvement of TCM symptoms,and the difference is statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of symptom index NIH-CPSI score:After treatment,the total NIH-CPSI score was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the acupuncture and medicine group had a total NIH-CPSI score and pain compared with the drug group There are advantages in symptom scores and life impact scores,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Objective quantitative score comparison:Objective quantitative scores such as the routine supplementation of prostate fluid after treatment are lower than before treatment,and the difference within the group is statistically significant(P<0.05);the acupuncture and medicine group has an advantage over the quantitative score of the drug group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Psychological score comparison:after treatment,the anxiety and depression scores are lower than before treatment,and the difference within the group is statistically significant(P<0.05);the anxiety and depression scores of the earlier drug group in the acupuncture and medicine group have advantages,and the difference exists Statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Comparison of disease economic burden:The disease economic burden gradually after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P>0.05).7.Cost-effectiveness comparison:After treatment,the cost and overall benefit of the drug group and the acupuncture group are statistically significant(P>0.05).8.Safety:After the treatment,the adverse reactions of the acupuncture and medicine group are replaced by the medicine group,and the safety is acceptable.ConclusionIn this study,we observed and compared the NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndrome score,routine examination of prostate fluid,heart rate and blood pressure and other physiological indicators of electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin capsules and tamsulosin capsules in the treatment of damp-heat stasis CP,Psychological impact of anxiety and depression,cost-effectiveness assessment,the results show:(1)The overall efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin capsules in treating damp-heat stasis CP is better than that of oral tamsulosin capsules;(2)Electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of CP patients with damp-heat stasis type than oral tamsulosin alone;(3)Electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin can reduce NIH-CPSI score of CP patients with damp-heat stasis type compared with oral tamsulosin alone;(4)Electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin can reduce the objective quantitative scores of prostatic fluid routinely in patients with CP of damp-heat stasis type compared with oral tamsulosin alone;(5)Electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin can significantly improve the psychological symptoms of depression and anxiety in patients with damp-heat stasis CP compared with oral tamsulosin alone;(6)Electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin or simple oral tamsulosin for the treatment of damp-heat stasis CP patients has a heavy disease burden that cannot be ignored;(7)The cost-effectiveness of electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of CP patients with damp-heat stasis type:simple oral tamsulosin;(8)Complications and adverse reactions of electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-type CP are safe;Electroacupuncture combined with tamsulosin and tamsulosin alone have certain curative effect on the treatment of damp-heat stasis type CP.The former supplements the body and is worthy of clinical promotion.Trend research can deepen relevant research from more angles,further improve the results of acupuncture and medicine combined with treatment of chronic prostatitis,and provide more valuable research results. |
