Some Discussion And Consideration On The Clinical Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrheal By Acupuncture And Moxibus-survey

Objective: Primary dysmenorrheal is a common gynecological disease,with seriously influence on the work,study and life of adolescent girls and unmarried and childless young women and attracts more and more attentions of society.At present,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is the mainly treatment of western medicine.It has a certain effect with more adverse reactions and drug dependence.However,Acupuncture treatment for Primary dysmenorrheal has a long history and achieves remarkable effect.In this paper,the clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrheal at home and abroad in recent years is summarized,with the aim of analyzing the characteristic and curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrheal and to explore the best treatment scheme.Method: Exposition is made from a variety of therapy methods and mechanism studies and database statistics of acupuncture and moxibustion.Results: there are many methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrheal,with simple operation,quicker effect,more effective,economic security and without any side effects.In recent years,the clinical research of treating primary dysmenorrheal by acupuncture increasingly widespread,and constantly updates.But there is still insufficient in some aspects of the research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrheal,such as research methods,therapeutic operations,mechanism studies,etc.Conclusion: It is very impotent to explore the new characteristics of acupuncture therapy that combines the traditional Chinese medicine of acupuncture and moxibustion with modern science and technology.The research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment should be more effective to clinical application,with the starting from the premise that evidence-based medicine,scientific method,rigorous design,uniform standard,large sample and multicenter study.
