| In recent years, the incidence of endometrial cancer in young women is obviously rising.Because endometrial cancer of young women is estrogen-dependent,it may occur in long-term estrogen effect without progesterone antagonist, leading to the occurrence of endometrial hyperplasia(simplex or complexity, with or without atypical hyperplasia),and even carcinogenesis. It all belongs to endometrial adenocarcinoma, with good tumor differentiation, and high positive rate of progesterone estrogen receptor, and more than 70% patients with endometrial cancer belong to stage I.The5-year survival rate was more than 90%,even 100%,and the relapse-free survival rate was 95.0% [1].Therefore,all of above create the opportunities to preserve fertility function for young patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma. At present, the main treatments include drug therapy, surgical treatment, drug and surgery together, etc. But a variety of treatment has not reached a unified standard, and still there are a lot of risk. This paper summarized the current treatment problems of early stage endometrial adenocarcinoma related to preserving fertility function. |
