| Objective: To understand its effect on ovarian function during using mifepristone by detecting serum sex hormones.In addition,to observe Clinical efficacy of mifepristone treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods: From July 2015 to July 2016,30 patients diagnosed with uterine leiomyoma were treated with mifepristone(12.5mg/d)in 3 months.Uterine leiomyoma volume size,serum sex hormone levels,the change of the menstrual menstrual and adverse reaction were recorded before and 1,2,3 months after treatment.After three months treatment,serum anti-Mullerian hormone was detected in 3 days.Relevant conclusions that had a comprehensive evaluation of mifepristone clinical treatment were came to through analyzing datas by spss16.0.Results: 1.The volume of uterine leiomyoma after treated by mifepristone was decreased compared with that before treatment,and the longer the treatment time was,the greater the degree of reduction was.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the level of T between before and after treatment in 1,2,3 months The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3.Compared with the level of E2 and P,the levels of them were different in the time group,and the levels of E2 and P decreased as time treatment longer with linear trend.4.Compared with the level of FSH and LH,the levels of them were different in the time group,and the levels of FSH and LH decreased as time treatment longer with linear trend.5.30 patients all appear amenorrhoea,amenorrhoea rate was 100% after 3 months by mifepristone treatment.6.Taking mifepristone for 3 months,the total number of adverse reactions with mild symptoms was 4 cases with the adverse reaction rate of 13.33%.7.The level of AMH in 30 patients after 3 months of treatment was within the normal range of the age range.Conclusion: 1.After the treatment of mifepristone,the size of uterine leiomyoma is reduced to varying degrees,and the size of the reduction is proportional to length of treatment.Its effect is significant.2.Mifepristone can effectively reduce the serum levels of FSH,LH,P,E2 while it have no significant effect on T and AMH levels in a period of treatment time.So mifepristone has no effect on ovarian function.3.The radverse reaction rate of 12.5mg/d mifepristone treatment of uterine leiomyoma in 3 months,occurs so lowly with mild degree that short-term applyment is safe. |
