Clinical Observation Of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined With Mifepristone In Treating Uterine Leiomyoma (Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyoma,And through randomized controlled mifepristone,comprehensive and objective evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone, to further develop the treatment of hysteromyoma foundation preparationMethod:The study collected between January2012to December2014,Foshan Nanhai people’s Hospital outpatient and inpatient cases of hysteromyoma gastritis in80cases,Were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group of40patients:oral the drug of mifepristone,the control group of40patients:oral the drug of GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone,The curative efficacy was evaluated by observing the changes of myoma size,uterine volume and sex hormone level in the two groups before and after the treatment. By SPSS19.0analysis of data, by examining the relevant indicators of differences. Finally, draw conclusions and correlation analysis, a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone.Result:After three months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of two drugs have hysteromyoma,by observing the changes of myoma size,uterine volume and sex hormone level in the two groups before and after the treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was sigificantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone have good efficacy,it is safe for clinical conservation treatment of hysteromyoma...
