A Clinical Study Of Simiaosan Jiawei In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective: To observe the application of Simiaosan Jiawei treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical curative effect,changes of clinical symptoms score and laboratory indexes(blood uric acid,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate)was recorded before and after the treatment by comparison of data analysis,to explore the Preventive and therapeutic effect of Simiaosan Jiawei on acute gouty arthritis.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,Screened of 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis(damp heat retention)that come from Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 cases,the treatment group was treated with Simiaosan Jiawei,a daily one,decoction,a two-clothes,drunk two hundred ml each time.The control group was treated with celecoxib two times a day,each time two hundred mg.The two groups were treated for a course of seven days.Classify of symptoms and signs of gout according to the Guideline of Clinical Research of TCM New Drugs,developed score table of acute gouty arthritis.Recorded data of the two groups before and after the treatments and do statistical analysis.Results: 1.The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were within-group compared before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant.The results showed that the symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).2.The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were between-group compared before and after treatment.The results showed that the improvement of symptoms and signs of the two groups were close(P>0.05).But then the two groups were analyzed by Ridit test,the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Before and after the treatment,blood uric acid(UA),C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the treatment group were all compared in groups,The results showed that The three were better than before treatment(P<0.05).4.Before and after the treatment,blood uric acid(UA),C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the control group were all compared in groups,The results showed that there was no statistical difference in UA(P>0.05),the difference of CRP and ESR was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Two groups of patients with UA,CRP and ESR were compared between-group before treatment,the results showed that there was no statistical difference between the three before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients with UA,CRP and ESR were compared between-group,the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of UA(P<0.05),the improvement of CRP and ESR of the two groups were close(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Simiaosan Jiawei and celecoxib can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute gouty arthritis and down regulating inflammatory index.2.The clinical efficacy of Simiaosan Jiawei was better than that of celecoxib.3.Simiaosan Jiawei can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute gouty arthritis,but also improve the level of UA in patients with acute gouty arthritis,it is safe and effective,and is worthy of popularization and application.
