The Clinical Analysis Of The Chest Tube Gastric Emptying Dysfunction After Esophageal Mino Radical Prostatectomy

Objective Gastric emptying disorder is a rare complication after esophagectomy.It has serious impact on patients with body and mind.Discussed the influence factors of chest tube gastric emptying disorderafter the eradicative resection of esophageal cancer mino,providing the corresponding theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of a group in department of thoracic surgery,the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Fujian Medical University,during2009.01-2017.01,Clinical case data of carrying out Sanye radical resection of esophageal carcinoma and Reconstruction of alimentary tract of esophagus with stomach tube(n=746,)divides into group A:Patients with postoperative gastric emptying disorder,gourp B:Patients without gastric emptying after thoracic surgery.Results32 casesmeet the inclusion criteria of Sanye radical esophageal cancer postoperative chest tube gastric emptying,impaired gastric emptying in patients needs 5 to 34 days(11.5±2.5d for average),all of the patients in group A accepted the gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,maintaining acid-base,water and electrolyte balance,hypertonic saline lavage and gastric motility drugs.31 cases in group A were cured by conservative treatment,only one case leave hospital 30 days after operation,and nobody died,they all healed in 13 to 69 days(25±4.1d for average)days after paroxysm.Conclusions1.After the operation of esophageal cancer,the occurrence of thoracic and gastric emptying is more common in radical resection of Sanye(neck anastomosis)and other high anastomosis.2.Most of the patients appeared FDGE after the Esophageal carcinoma after radical resection of Sanye,and the highest incidence was found in the age group over 60.3.FDGE occurred after esophagectomy with whether issue of helicobacter plasty has no direct relation.4.Most of the patients with FDGE after operation can be recovered after conservative treatment,only a handful of refractory,severe symptoms should be considered mechanically delayed gastric emptying and operations research.5.In the condition of continuous gastrointestinal decompression,patients may be allowed to perform EN early,and it does not increase the incidence of FDGE after esophageal cancer surgery.6.The underlying disease of the stomach itself can lead to an increased incidence of postoperative FDGE,such as chronic atrophic gastritis.
