Objective: To compare the gastric emptying of advanced adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(Siewert II)with anastomosis of esophagus and narrow gastric tube(defined as narrow gastric tube)with that of tradional esophagogastrectomy(defined as distal half stomach). Methods: the gastric emptying of 17 cases of patients with advanced adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(Siewert II)with anastomosis of esophagus and narrow gastric tube from was measured with radionuclide examination(99mTc-DPTA)from 2017.3 to 2017.12,compared with that of 20 cases of patients with traditional esophagogastrectomy. Results: No significant difference was indicated in clinicopathological data, postoperative hemoglobin, postoperative albumin, postoperative prealbumin in two groups.Half gastric emptying of narrow gastric tube group was shorter than that of traditional esophagogastrectomy group(11.72±11.31 min vs.29.68±31.82 min,P<0.05).The 5 minutes? 10 minutes and 20 minutes gastric emptying rate were 42.07 ±22.42%? 56.62±19.09% and 67.50±18.62% respectively in narrow gastric tube group and which were 26.18±22.41%,41.61±23.92%,52.24±24.82% in traditional gastrectmoy group(all P<0.05).No statistically significance was indicated in the 30? 60 and 120 minutes the gastric emptying rate(P>0.05).Conclusion: The gastric emptying of advanced adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(Siewert II)with anastomosis of esophagus and narrow gastric tube was faster than that of traditional esophagogastrectomy, which was reducing gastroesophageal reflux. |
