| Objective:The goal of this study was to identify the status of self-designed general situation,knowledge,health belief,social support and preconception care behavior of reproduction women,to discuss the correlation between health belief,social support and preconception care behavior of reproduction women,and to probe the influencing factors of preconception care behavior of reproduction women.In order to help pregnant women to improve the compliance of preconception care health care behavior,and provide reference and guidance for the formulation and advocacy of first level prevention and preconception care health education interventions.Methods:The study was descriptive study,by convenient sampling.During J une and October in 2016,328 reproduction women who came from Ma ternal and children Healthy Hospital of Shanxi Province or Maternal an d children Healthy Hospital of Taiyuan were investigated by a face-to-f ace questionnaire survey,which included self-designed general situation questionnaire,knowledge questionnaire,health belief questionnaire,Selfefficacy questionnaire(GSES),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and p reconception care behavior questionnaire.The data was settled by the s oftware package of SPSS22.0.self-designed general situation,knowledge,health belief,social support and preconception care behavior of reproduction were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis.The Pearson cor relation analysis was used to explore the correlation between preconcept ion care health beliefs,social support and preconception care health be havior in pregnant women.The multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of preconception care health beliefs and preconception care health behaviors.path analysis with regression appr oach was used to measure the direct influencing factors and the indirec t influencing factors of preconception care behavior of reproduction wo men.Results:1.The status of knowledge,health belief,social support and preco nception care of reproduction women: The overall score of knowledge of the reproduction women was 7.68±2.68 points,the mean score of kn owledge was 0.51±0.18 points,The average of latitudes were followed by knowledge of basic necessities of life(0.73±0.25),knowledge of birt h defect(0.43±0.29),knowledge of medical physiology(0.41±0.22),knowl edge of contraception(0.32±0.47).The overall score of health belief of reproduction women was 101.19±32.83 points,the standardized score of health belief was 56.22 points,the standardized score of the average o f latitudes were followed by perceived susceptibility(66.35),cues to acti on(63.20),Self-efficacy(59.90),Perceived severity(58.50),perceived bene fits(48.65),perceived barriers(43.10).The overall score of social support of reproduction women was 40.29±4.10 points,the standardized score of social support was 62.95 points,the standardized score of the avera ge of latitudes were followed by subjective support(68.66),the use of support degree(64.75)and objective support(41.30).The overall score of preconception care behavior of reproduction women was 9.11±3.00 poi nts,the mean score of health belief was 0.61±0.20 points,The average of latitudes were followed by preconception care behavior of contrace ption(0.86±0.34),preconception care behavior of basic necessities of life(0.62±0.17),preconception care behavior of medical physiology(0.57±0.26),preconception care behavior of intended pregnancy(0.43±0.29).2.The correlation between knowledge,health belief,social support and preconception care behavior of reproduction women: The overall k nowledge and all latitudes were positively correlated r=0.176~0.802(P<0.01)with preconception care behavior.The overall health beliefs and all latitudes were positively correlated r=0.616~0.793(P<0.01)with preconcep tion care behavior.The overall social support(r=0.352),the subjective su pport(r=0.456),the objective support were positively correlated(r=0.289) with preconception care behavior(P<0.01),the use of support degree w ere negatively correlated(r=-0.292)with preconception care behavior(P<0.01).3.The influencing factors of health belief and preconception care behavior of reproduction women: In a multiple-factors analysis of healt h belief of reproduction women,the variables which entered the regress ion equation were knowledge and social support.In a multiple-factors a nalysis of preconception care behavior of reproduction women,the vari ables which entered the regression equation were health belief,medical conditions before pregnancy,illness before pregnancy,Living situation and social support.4.Path analysis with regression approach of preconception care be havior of reproduction women: Knowledge was indirect effect,path coe fficient was 0.763(P<0.01);Health belief was direct effect,path coeffici ent was 0.820(P<0.01);The path coefficient of direct effect of social s upport was-0.075(P<0.01),the path coefficient of indirect effect of soc ial support was 0.081(P<0.01),the overall path coefficient was 0.06;M edical conditions before pregnancy was direct effect,path coefficient w as 0.116(P<0.05);Illness before pregnancy was direct effect,path coefficient was 0.241(P<0.01);Living situation was direct effect,path coeffic ient was 0.076(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The overall score of knowledge of reproduction women was in the higher level,the overall score of health belief was in the lower-middle level,the domain of subjective support were in higher level,the domain of objective support were in lower level and lacking of external social support.The overall score of preconception care behavior of reproduction women was in the lower-middle level.2.The knowledge,the health beliefs,the overall social support,the subjective support,the objective support were positively correlated with preconception care behavior,but the use of support degree were negatively correlated with preconception care behavior.3.Main factors affected health belief of reproduction women were knowledge and social support.Main factors affected preconception care behavior of reproduction women were health belief,medical conditions before pregnancy,illness before pregnancy,Living situation and social support.4.Health beliefs have the highest direct effect on preconception care health behavior,and the preconception care health knowledge has the highest indirect effect on preconception care health behavior,but social support mainly indirectly affect preconception care health behavior through health beliefs. |
