Objective:Xiaoerjianpi plaster is made up of 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,including caryophylli flos,euodiae fructus,galla chinensis,borneolum syntheticum,magnetitum,artificial moschus,the main effect is to dredge the meridians,warm the center and fortify the spleen,mainly for indigestion embolism in children.The original quality standard and the production technology of Xiaoerjianpi plaster produced by Wuhu rendetang Medicine Co.,Ltd.are simple,only the layer chromatography of eugenol is identified,and no content determination index and relatively mature production technology are obtained.The experiment will do the systematic experiments in terms of its quality standard,evaluation system,process parameter optimization,in order to improve the quality standard of Xiaoerjianpi plaster,determine the quality evaluation method and the best production technology of Xiaoerjianpi plaster.Methods:The components of caryophylli flos,euodiae fructus,galla chinensis and borneolum syntheticum in Xiaoerjianpi plaster were identified by TLC;The content of eugenol in Xiaoerjianpi plaster was determined and the limitation was made by HPLC;The content of bornel,isbornel and eugenol in Xiaoerjianpi plaster were determined by QAMS;The mixing time in different stages of the production technology was investigated to determine the best mixing time.Results:The TLC method of different components and the content and limitation of eugenol were established;The application of QAMS in Xiaoerjianpi plaster was radicated;The best mixing time of production technology in Xiaoerjianpi plaster was determined.conclusion:The study improved the quality standard and established the quality evaluation method and determined the best process optimization of Xiaoerjianpi plaste;This experiment provides a good reference for the quality of Xiaoerjianpi plaster.
