| Objective:This research is to explore the expression level of HPV E6/E7 m RNA in the patients who infect HPV 52 and(or)58 of cervix in cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical cancer.To explore the value of HPV52 58 E6/E7 m RNA detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods:The cervical exfoliated cells are collected from 277 samples people of HPV 52 and(or)58infection,who were from Shanxi Province people’s hospital outpatient and inpation,including135 patients of cervicitis,80 patients of CINⅠ,36 patients of CINⅡ,17 patients of CINⅢ,9patients of cervical cancer who are diagnosed by cervical biopsy under colposcope.Then value HPV52 58 E6 / E7 m RNA detection in cervical cancer screening.Results:1.The age of patients infected HPV52/58 ranges for 21-75 years old in this study.Comparing to HPV52 / 58 E6E7 m RNA expression level in young,middle-aged and elderly group,there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.01).2.With the rising of histopathological level development,the expression quantity of HPV52/58E6/E7 m RNA in each group presents a increasing tendency(P<0.01).The HPV E6/E7 m RNA expression quantity in Cervical cancer group is higher than the other group and has significant difference(P < 0.05),The HPV E6/E7 m RNA expression quantity of cervicitis and CINⅠgroup is lower than the CINⅡ and CINⅢ group(P < 0.05).But the expression of cervicitis groups and CIN Ⅰ group has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).Meanwhile the expression of CINⅡ group and CINⅢ group is not statistical difference(P>0.05).3.The positive rate by HPV E6/E7 m RNA detection in cervicitis CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical cancer groups respectively is 20.00%(27/135),35.00%(28/80),83.33%(30/36),94.12%(16/17),100%(9/9).The positive detection rate of CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical cancer group is higher than the cervicitis and CINⅠ(P < 0.005).The positive detection rate by HPV E6/E7 m RNA between cervicitis and CINⅠ groups has no significant difference(P > 0.005).The positive rate between groups in CINⅡ CINⅢ and cervical cancer has no obvious differendes(P>0.005).But generally speaking,the positive rate of HPV E6 / E7 m RNA is along with the rise of cervical pathological level increases(P < 0.05).4.The expression level of HPV52/58 E6/E7 m RNA is elevated as increased of the cytology pathologic level,and the difference is statistically significant(H= 22.10,P < 0.01).In the HSIL group,the expression level of HPV52/58 E6/E7 m RNA is significantly higher than the other groups and it is statistically significant(P < 0.05).While in cervicitis and ASC-US group,comparison of the expression level of HPV52 58 E6 / E7 m RNA is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),and this expression level in ASC-US and the LSIL group is no significant difference(P > 0.05).5.The positive rate of HPV52 58 E6 / E7 m RNA of the HSIL group is significantly higher than the other groups,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).While this positive rate in the cervical and ASC-US groups has no difference(P > 0.05),Overall,the positive expression rate of HPV52 58 E6 / E7 m RNA increases with the rising of pathologic level of different cytology,and the difference is statistically significant(X2 = 96.593,P < 0.05).Conclusion1.In Shanxi area,there is no significant difference about the expression level of HPV52/58E6/E7 m RNA in different age groups(P > 0.01).2.In the Shanxi area,the expression quantity and the positive rate of HPV52/58 E6/E7 m RNA gradually increased with cervical pathological grade(P < 0.01).3.In Shanxi area,the expression level and the positive rate of HPV52/58 E6/E7 m RNA will increase with the increase of cytology and pathological grade,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01).To sum up,HPV52/58 E6/E7 m RNA could earlier and more accurately reflect HPV state in the host cell.It can early detect and treat cervical cancer,and avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions.This is expected to become a more advanced cervical cancer screening. |
