Objective:To investigate the value of gamma glutamyltransferase to predict Premature coronary heart disease and the correlation with the severity of coronary artery lesions. Methods:The general data of 866 patients who underwent coronary angiography in the cardiac catheterization laboratory of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected and the levels of blood biochemical indexes were analyzed retrospectively.According to the results of coronary angiography, all the patients were divided into CHD group and non-CHD group, then the coronary heart disease group according to the age were divided into premature coronary heart disease group(males,<55 years and females <65 years)and late-onset CHD group(males,≥55 years and females ≥65 years),and the result of coronary artery in coronary heart disease risk factors and Gensini score were compared. The Analysis of all statistical analysis used SPSS statistical software, and the comparison between the two groups used t-test and multi-group comparison used variance analysis.Results:(1)The traditional risk factors of Premature coronary heart disease(PCHD)were less than that of CHD group(P<0.05);(2)Premature coronary heart disease group had higher rates of smoking history[50.6%(147/290)than 38.1%(165/434),P<0.05] and family history of coronary heart disease[30.0%(87/290)than 19.8%(86/434),higher P<0.05],andlower rates of hypertension [59.3%(173/290)than73.5%(319/434),P<0.05];(3)GGT levels in premature coronary heart disease were relatively higher than late onset coronary heart disease group(37.2±8.0 U/L than 18.1±1.44 U/L P<0.05);(4)The ratio of sing1 e vessel disease in Premature was higher than that of late-onset CHD group(P<O.O 5);(5)Gensini score in early onset coronary heart disease group was higher than that in late onset coronary heart disease group(1.63±1.16 比 1.51±1.14),the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The risk factors of premature coronary heart disease are low,the level of serum GGT may be an independent risk factor for premature coronary heart disease, and provide theoretical basis for further study.
