ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the breast uptake of 99mTc-MDP and the molecular expression,the molecular subtypes and the prognosis of breast cancer.MethodsThe 99mTc-MDP level,molecular expression,molecular subtype and other related information were collected from the breast of 161 patients with breast cancer,and the prognosis information of the follow-up patients was tracked.The relationship between 99mTc-MDP and ER,PR and HER-2 in breast was analyzed by χ2 test.The prognostic factors of breast cancer were analyzed by single factor and multivariate survival analysis.ResultsThere were significant differences in ER,PR,HER-2,Ki-67 and ALN expression and molecular subtypes of different levels of 99mTc-MDP in breast(p <0.05).There was a higher ER,PR-positive expression,lower HER-2,Ki-67 expression,and lower ALN metastasis in level 0 uptake group than in level 2 uptake group;ALN and breast uptake 99mTc-MDP,the median progression-free survival was significantly different(positive vs negative: 26 vs 75m χ2 = 14.18,p <0.01;Level 1 vs Level 2: 75 vs 27 m χ2 = 13.94,p <0.01).Multivariate Cox analysis showed that radioactivity concentration(RR = 1.67,p <0.01)and ALN positive(RR = 2.27,p <0.01)were the risk factors for breast cancer with poor prognosis.There was no significant difference in other factors.ConclusionThe degree of 99mTc-MDP uptake in the breast is related to the prognosis of breast cancer patients,patients with high breast uptake of 99mTc-MDP had poor prognosis,the factor may be one of the prognostic factors of breast cancer.in addition to bone cancer can provide information on breast cancer,it may provide additional clinical Prognosis information.
