Micro calcification X-ray imaging features is key to the diagnosis of breastcancer. Study earlier this year by the analog signal of breast molybdenum target X-rayimage display resolution and contrast have limitations, the understanding of the microcalcification characteristics and pathologic correlation is not accurate enough. Microcalcification in patients with pathological diagnosis and age distribution analysis ofthis study; the full digital mammography equipment used in clinical in recent years(FFDM) and computer aided diagnosis system (CAD), analysis of the relationshipbetween the micro calcification X-ray features and pathological results, to explore therelationship between the micro calcification and breast cancer. Objective:Clear micro calcification characteristic change and breast cancer arerelated, in order to further improve the detection rate of breast cancer, diagnosis, so asto achieve early discovery, early treatment target.Method:The use of GE Seno graphy digital mammography, the breast X-rayexamination,212were found in patients of breast microcalcification. Accuraterecords the total number of micro calcification, distribution range, Le Gal type, whether walking, located along the duct breast and quadrant, is accompanied by MassX-ray features, pathological diagnosis result record. Through the SPSS10.0softwareto process data; using X2test and Binary Logistic regression model; P <0.05as thereare significant differences.Result:212cases of micro calcification in patients with pathologic diagnosis:131cases of malignant (61.79%),81cases of benign (38.21%).131cases ofmalignant tumors: within40years of age the incidence of21cases (16.03%),40to50years of age, the incidence of45cases (34.35%),50years above the age of onset in65cases (49.62%). Analysis showed that the micro calcification X-ray features andpathological results of Statistics: the micro calcification type, whether with massnumber, calcification, size, density uniformity, the quadrant and the diameterdistribution associated with breast cancer, has a certain value in differential diagnosisof benign and malignant lesions. Conclusion: 1.The study indicates: digital radiography is the diagnostic method of breastcancer is effective; micro-calcifications in breast disease of X, higher possibility ofbreast cancer, invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is the most common type2. Breast cancer age of onset is younger upward trend; began to rise the age ofonset of breast cancer after age40, age incidence of breast cancer in the next40to50years of age and50years of age.3. Micro-calcification Le Gal typing, whether with mass, calcification, totaldistribution, micro-calcification size and density uniformity, micro-calcification atquadrant in benign, malignant, has a certain value in breast benign lesions, the evilnature of identification.4.Micro-calcification whether along the catheter distribution, micro calcificationin tumor and micro-calcification in breast and breast cancer and no significantassociation. |
