The Situation And The Influence Factors Of Blood Circulation Pump On Deep Venous Thrombosis In Patients With SCI

Objectives To investigate the influence factors of blood circulation pump on Deep Venous Thrombosis in patients with SCI in order to provide evidence for prevention of DVT in patients with SCI.Methods In this study were analyzed in a case control study.In the Second Hospital of Tangshan from 2015.9 to 2016.8,422 cases of hospitalized patients with SCI who were accord with exclusion and inclusion criteria and all patients were received blood circulation pump treatment.The general demographic data,DVT cognition and the health belief of DVT were investigated within 3 days when be in hospital.When patients discharged,by referring to the cases,investigate the situation of the patients with DVT occurring and record the time,and to investigate the treatment,operation situation and clinical symptom of patients before DVT.The patients who occurred postoperative DVT were regarded as case group,and the other patients who didn’t occur DVT were treated as control group.The influencing factors of DVT in patients with SCI treated by blood circulation pump were analyzed.The data were analyzed through SPSS 17.0.Univariate analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors.Results 1 Among the 422 patients in this study,there were 68 cases with DVT.The incidence rate of DVT was 16.1%.2 The results of univariate analysis showed that spouse,culture,sleeping,degree of injury,micturition,pulse,low molecular weight heparin,the use of blood circulation pump,history of blood transfusion,DVT cognition and health belief of DVT are related with DVT(P<0.05).3 logistic multi-factor analysis indicated that degree of injury(OR=2.105,P<0.05),Abnormal micturition(OR=3.313,P<0.05)culture level(OR=0.560,P<0.05),DVT cognition(OR=0.911,P<0.05),low molecular weight heparin(OR=0.290,P<0.05)and the use of blood circulation pump(OR=0.499,P<0.05)are the influence factors of DVT.Conclusions 1 The incidence rate was 16.1% of DVT in patients with SCI who were treated by blood circulation pump.2 The SCI patients with degree of injury,micturition,cultural level,DVT cognition,low molecular weight heparin and the use of blood circulation pump are the influence factors of DVT.
