Effect Of Endostatin On Liver Alveolar Hydatid Protoscolex Of Expression Of VEGF And CD34

Objective To explore the change of the expression of CD34 VEGF and in vitro under different concentration of rh-endostatin of hydatid protoscolex.Methods With hydatid protoscolex as the research object,There were divide Endostar into groups of 0μg/ml,25μg/ml,50μg/ml,75μg/ml,100μg/ml and treatment for 24 h and 48 h.used by Western blot and ELISA method in protoscolex’s VEGF and CD34.Results Different concentrations of Endostar in 12 h,24h,36 h,48h and 50 h failed to inhibit hydatid protoscolex growth,no significant differences between the groups(P >0.05).Study on the group of Endostar in expressive influence of VEGF,compared with50μg/ml 、 75μg/ml 、 100μg/ml in 24 h group,the differences were no statistical significant(P > 0.05),the rest of the concentration group had a significant difference,(P < 0.05);compared with 75μg/ml and 100μg/ml in 48 h group,the differences were no statistical significant(P > 0.05),the rest of the concentration group had a significant difference,(P < 0.05);Compared with 24 h and 48 h in 75μg/ml group 、100μg/ml group,the concentrations of the differences were statistical significant(P <0.05).Study on the group of Endostar in expressive influence of CD34,compared with75μg/ml、 100μg/ml in 24 h group,the differences were no statistical significant(P >0.05),the rest of the concentration group had a significant difference,(P <0.05);compared with 75μg/ml and 100μg/ml in 48 h group,the differences were no statistical significant(P > 0.05),the rest of the concentration group had a significant difference,(P < 0.05);Compared with 24 h and 48 h in 75μg/ml group 、 100μg/ml group,the concentrations of the differences were statistical significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Endostar has a strong inhibitory effect on the expression of VEGF of hepatic Echinococcus protoscolex,this inhibition gradual improve with the drug concentration and time increased;Endostar has inhibitory effect on the expression of CD34 of hydatid protoscolex,with the increase of drug concentration and the prolongation of time,the expression of CD34 was down trend.
