Objective: Different left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with atrial fibrillation,Accept after radiofrequency ablation of left atrium,left ventricular structure and function change.To further explore the radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation combined cardiac insufficiency to the safety and effectiveness.Methods: Included in this study from September 2014 to September 2016 in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university heart line with radiofrequency ablation treatment of 63 cases of patients.June in preoperative and postoperative measured by echocardiography in patients with left atrium diameter(LAD),left atrial volume index(LAVI),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVIDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Blood tests the BNP or N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP).According to preoperative patients with left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)is divided into three groups: normal ejection fraction(EF?50%),ejection fraction slightly reduce group(50%> EF?35%),severely reduced left entricular ejection fraction(EF < 35%).Analysis of preoperative and postoperative in June,three groups of patients with left atrium diameter(LAD),left atrial volume index(LAVI)and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVIDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),blood tests,the BNP or N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP)changes.The relevant statistical analysis,to observe the effects of radiofrequency ablation on cardiac structure and preoperative cardiac function after radiofrequency ablation in patients with changes in the structure of the heart.RESULTS:(1)Normal ejection fraction(EF?50%)and ejection fraction slightly reduce group(50%>EF?35%),severely reduced left entricular ejection fraction(EF < 35%),compared to preoperative EF 50% or more groups of left atrium diameter(LAD),left atrial volume index(LAVI),left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVIDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP)were less than EF group.(2)In June compared with the preoperative,postoperative three groups of patients with left atrium diameter(LAD),left atrial volume index(LAVI)and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVIDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP)from the previous decreases obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)June postoperative patients with left atrium diameter(LAD),left atrial volume index(LAVI)and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVIDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(a decrease in the NT-pro BNP)to improve the degree of normal ejection fraction(EF 50% or higher)is greater than the ejection fraction slightly reduce group(> 50% EF 35% or higher),severely reduced left entricular ejection fraction(EF < 35%).And patients with preoperative ejection fraction is lower,the smaller the corresponding degree of cardiac structure and function index decline.Conclusion:(1)Atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation can make the left atrium,left ventricle has reverse remodeling effect,reverse remodeling in patients with cardiac function good effect.(2)After radiofrequency ablation in patients with cardiac function improved significantly,radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective in patients with atrial fibrillation combined cardiac insufficiency.(3)the NT-pro BNP after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation can be used as observation results of independent monitoring indicators.
