Chinese herbal medicine is a huge treasure in China, and its effective natural product always is the source for the discovery of drug. The chemical study on the traditional Chinese medicine is not only help to reveal efficacy chemical constituents of it but also provide the resources of leading compounds resources for the discovery of new drug.Wikstroemia chamaedaphne Meissn(Thymelaeaceae),a toxic shrub endemic to Shanxi, has been used to treat acute or chronic infectious hepatitis in prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and Zhongchengyao, but its efficacy chemical constituents and the mechanism is unclear. In this thesis, eighteen compounds were isolated from the W.chamaedaphne collected from Jiang county, and their sctructure was identified and classified as two tigliane-type diterpenoids wikstchalide A(1),6α,7α-epoxy-5β-hydroxy-12-deoxyphorbol-13-decanoate(4),eight daphnane-type diterpenoids wikstroelide V(2),genkwanine Q(3),pimelea factor S7(5),wikstroelide E(6),genkwanine P(7),pimelotide A(8),pimelotide C(9),simplexin(10),six lathyrane-type diterpenoids laurifolioside A(11),laurifolioside B(12),laurifolioside C(13),laurifolioside D(14),2-epilaurifolioside(15),and laurifolioside(16),and two flavonoid glycosides quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(17)and luteolin 4’-O-β-D-glucoside(18)based on the detailed X-ray crystal diffraction and NMR analysis.Among them, compounds 1-3、11-14 were new compounds.Compounds 4,6,8-10 were evaluated the anti-HBV in vitro, and the results displayed that all compounds showed certain activities anti-HBV.Especially,compound 9 exhibited strong anti-hepatitis B virus activities with IC50 value of 0.016 μg/m L against HBV surface antigen(HBsAg)and TI(Therapeutic Index)value of 355.63.
