| Objective:To analyze and summarize the clinical application rules of Shenshu(BL 23)acupoint by consulting related ancient literature.Methods: Basing on the related literature of the main retrieval source,"Chinese Medical Classics"(Fifth Edition),establish the Shenshu(BL23)acupoint database,and then make a statistic analysis by Microsoft Office Excel.Results: According to contained 878 articles,Shenshu(BL23)acupoint,which belongs to Bladder Meridian,has 4 kinds of acupoint names,two positioning methods,direct positioning and auxiliary positioning.There are 53 kinds of diseases treated by Shenshu acupoint alone,among which 24 kinds of advantageous diseases are screened.Combined with other acupoints,78 kinds of diseases are treated,among which 27 kinds of advantageous diseases are screened.There are 212 compatibility acupoints,among which Sanyinjiao(SP6),Qihai(CV6),Guanyuan(RN4)are the top 3.There are 7 acupuncture and moxibustion methods,among which needling and moxibustion are in dominance.The most common depth of needling is 3 points,retaining needle time is 7 breaths and the quantification for moxibustion is hundreds of Zhuang.Conclusion:Through the comprehensive analysis on the origin and clinical application rules of Shenshu acupoint,theory preference can be provided for modern clinical application and scientific research prospectively. |
