The Study Of The Clinical Application Of Neiting(ST44) Acupoint In Ancient

Objective: Analyze the rule of Neiting(ST44)acupoint’s clinical application in ancient,by the way of collecting literatures before Qing dynasty(Included).Methods: Based on "Chinese Medical Classics"(Fifth Edition)as the main retrieval scope,and retrieve related literatures of Neiting(ST44)acupoint,creat the database and make a statistical analysis.Results:There are 49 ancirnt works and 361 articles that met the inclusion crit eria involved.43 kinds of disease can be treated by single Neiting(ST44)acupoint,a mong them 16 kinds of disease is high frequency;60 kinds of disease can be treate d by Neiting(ST44)acupoint combined with other acupoints and the number of hig h frequency attending diseases is 16.There are 126 compatibility acupoints,and the t op ten are Hegu,Zusanli,Lidui,Sanyinjiao,Xingjian,Xiangu,Qihai,Chongyang,Gongsun a nd Taichong.Acupuncture and moxibustion are the main operation methods of Neiti ng(ST44).Conclusion: The study is a comprehensive summary of Neiting(ST44)acupoint’s single point attending,the law of compatibility.And may have a great reference value to the clinical application and research of Acupuncture.
