Background Patients of coronary heart disease are different with coronary artery lesions degree.Coronary heart disease(CHD)risk factors affect the degree of coronary artery lesions. In recent years, the study of the risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD)are increasingly and precisely. The independent testing of PDW,NLR and Hb A1 C can be used as a risk factor for coronary heart disease(CHD).They have become one of research hot topic.Their testing has a certain significance for the forecast of coronary artery lesion severity. But the significance of their combined detection has yet to see clearly. Objective Discuss the impact of the condition of coronary artery lesions and the clinical significance of detecting levels of PDW,NLR,Hb A1 c in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The observation group is 108 patients with coronary heart disease through the clinical diagnosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University. Then the patients were recorded the score of coronary artery by coronary angiography. The patients can be divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP)group of 32 cases, unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group of 38 cases and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group of 38 cases according to the different clinical manifestation.112 normal subjects through physical examination were studied. The PDW 、Hb A1c、differential blood count were measured and calculate the NLR.And then we make a comparison in different coronary artery lesions status. Results The comparison of age,sex and blood lipids level in CHD group and control group has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Two groups are comparable. The level of PDW,NLR and Hb A1 c in CHD group is significantly higher than those in control group. The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of PDW、NLR and Hb A1 c in group of SAP、UAP and AMI is significantly higher than those in control group,The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of PDW,NLR and Hb A1 c in group of SAP、UAP and AMI has a rising trend with the increase of coronary artery stenosis degree. But the level of PDW,NLR and Hb A1 c in group of UAP was samiliar to group of SAP(P > 0.05).The level of PDW,NLR and Hb A1 c in group of AMI is significantly higher than those in group of SAP and UAP.The differences were statistical significance.(P<0.05).PDW in group of SAP,UAP and AMI had significant positive correlation(r=0.3400、0.3400、0.2200,P<0.05);The level of NLR and PDW in group of SAP、UAP and AMI had no significant positive correlation(r=-0.2100、-0.0013、-0.240,P>0.05);The level of NLR and HBA1 c in group of SAP,UAP and AMI had no significant positive correlation.(r=0.1600、0.0400、0.1600,P>0.05).Conclusions 1.The levels of PDW,NLR and Hb A1 c were associated with coronary artery lesion severity and can be used to assess the degree of stenosis.2.A combination of the three indicators can be used to predict the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
