The Effect Of Laparoscopic Surgery And Postoperative Drugs On The Dynamic Changes Of TCM Syndromes Of Endometriosis

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery and postoperative drugs on endometriosis of TCM syndrome dynamic changes in endometriosis.MethodDuring the period from May 2016 to February 2017,Guanganmen Academy of traditional Chinese medicine hospital Chinese and affiliated Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Capital Medical University intends to 103 cases of endometriosis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,were collected TCM diagnostic data before operation,fill out the "Specification for endometriosis of TCM syndrome clinical observation table;laparoscopic surgery and diagnosis,respectively.After 3 days,7 days after surgery,after surgery and postoperative follow-up in January March and completed the questionnaire.Spss22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the basic syndrome types and distribution of endometriosis by frequency,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and factor analysis.To investigate the influence of laparoscopic surgery and postoperative drugs on the main symptoms,syndrome elements,TCM syndromes and their changes in tcm.Result1.499 questionnaires were actually collected.Among them,the preoperative and postoperative 3 days,7 days after surgery,postoperative January collected questionnaires in 103 cases;postoperative collected in March 87,Chinese medicine group was not completed due to pregnancy in 7,expectant group because of pregnancy is not completed in 4,expect group lost to the unfinished 5 questionnaires.2.The average age of patients was 30.64 + 4.696 years old.Most of them were mental workers,receiving more than undergraduate education and married women.The stage of operation r-AFS was mainly stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ.3.Perioperative endometriosis syndromes elements extraction and distribution of syndrome elements involved in preoperative blood stasis,liver and kidney,qi stagnation,cold,Yang and Qi;after 3 days of syndrome factor for Qi deficiency and blood deficiency,spleen,kidney,liver,qi stagnation,blood stasis,yin deficiency the 7 day after operation;the syndromes of qi deficiency,blood stasis,spleen and kidney,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation.4.Perioperative TCM ectopic endometrium in patients with primary disease(syndrome)changes in preoperative treatment:(pelvic mass),irritability,breast pain,pulse string and other solid primary disease(syndrome);postoperative excess main symptoms reduced deficiency main symptoms increased,and pathogenesis change,reflected by turning the pathogenesis characteristics.5.Before and after the 5 drugs in the treatment of endometriosis syndromes elements extraction and distribution of syndrome elements in 3 groups were involved before drug treatment for blood stasis,Qi deficiency,spleen;syndromes of Chinese medicine group after drug treatment for blood stasis,qi stagnation,Qi deficiency,kidney;after drug treatment involves the syndrome factors of expectant group blood stasis,qi stagnation,kidney,cold coagulation syndrome factors;drug therapy in western medicine group for kidney,yin deficiency,blood stasis,liver and spleen.6.Drugs of TCM syndrome before and after uterine endometrium of patients with endometriosis disease(syndrome)changes:before drug treatment 3 groups of patients are in the line of poor or with a blood clot,the color dark,by the line of abdominal pain,fatigue,pale complexion,poor appetite,abdominal distension and other symptoms after eating;after drug treatment with traditional Chinese medicine group the poor line or with a blood clot,breast pain,irritability and other symptoms;drug treatment group to be late to the poor or with a blood clot,breast pain,irritability and other symptoms after drug treatment;the western medicine group to menstruation,menstruation,irritability,Fanre,lumbago etc.symptoms.7.The five basic syndromes of endometriosis are qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome,cold blood stasis syndrome,stagnation of liver qi,kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Among them,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is a common syndrome type of endometriosis.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common type of syndrome after operation,and the syndrome of liver qi stagnation,kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the common syndrome type after western medicine treatment.8.Qi stagnation and blood stasis TCM treatment is still qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,relatively large number;after the expected change to kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome relatively large number;after the treatment of Western medicine into the liver depression,kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,the largest number of cases.After the treatment of TCM syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis,the cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were relatively large.After the expectation,they were changed into kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and the number of cases was relatively large.After the treatment of Chinese medicine for the treatment of stagnation of liver qi and kidney deficiency and blood stasis,the TCM changes into qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome and kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome.After the expectation,the disease is changed into kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The number of cases is relatively large.After the treatment of Western medicine,there is still stagnation of liver qi and kidney deficiency,and the number of blood stasis syndrome is relatively large.After the treatment of Chinese medicine for kidney deficiency and blood stasis,there were relatively many cases of liver depression,kidney deficiency and blood stasis.After the expectation,there were still relatively many cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and the cases were changed into liver qi stagnation,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after the treatment of Western medicine.The syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis changed into qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with relatively large number of cases.After the treatment of Western medicine,it was changed into liver qi depression,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with the largest number of cases.Conclusions1.The main syndrome factors of endometriosis are mainly blood stasis,qi stagnation and cold coagulation.The deficiency of Qi syndrome is mainly characterized by qi deficiency,kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency.Endometriosis often occurs at the same time as deficiency syndrome and deficiency syndrome.The cases of pure asthenia syndrome or pure empirical syndrome are rare.2.Endometriosis endometriosis mainly blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,stagnation of liver qi,kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome are the basic syndromes of endometriosis.3.Endometriosis in TCM during the perioperative period of "qi stagnation,blood stasis,empirical based" into "Qi deficiency,blood stasis,mainly based on the deficiency"changes.4.After the operation,the TCM syndrome of the expectation group is changed from "Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" into "kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome".After the treatment of Western medicine,TCM syndrome is changed from "Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" to"stagnation of liver qi,kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome".TCM syndrome changes from "Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" to "qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome".
