| Background:Endoscopic technique is one of the most rapid advances in medicine,in recent years with the growing development of endoscopic apparatus and technology,ERCP and its related technology as a way of effective, minimally invasive, relatively safety, has been widely used in the treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases. But as an invasive operation,it will also produce many complications, pancreatitis is the most common and serious complications, which to some extent may limit the wide application and development of the technology,Therefore,it is essential to reduce the incidence and the severity of pancreatitis after ERCP.Obiective:This study aim to reviewing the present situation in prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis,In order to providing a reference for the safe and efficient application of ERCP in clinical practice. Methods:In” endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography;acute pancreatitis;prevention;complications;post-ERCP pancreatitis”and other keyword search to find out the related research of the prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis.Result and conclusion:For the prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis,we may first strictly screening patients,to master their indications and avoid the diagnosis of ERCP,suspected choledocholithiasis patients may be supplanted by safer alternative technologies, such as EUS,MRCP;then assess the risk factors associated with patients, and appropriate to give rectal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.the technical level we can use a guide wire cannulation, reduce the number of cannulation, avoid injection of contrast or direct damage to the pancreatic duct, and temporary placement of pancreatic duct stent. |
