Objective:To research and explore the preventive measures of post-ERCP pancreatitis. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,212 patie nts who received ERCP treatment in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to diff erent preventive measures,51 patients in group A were treated with som atostatin,57 patients in group B with somatostatin combined with indome thacin,62 patients in group C with somatostatin combined with pancreati c duct stent, and 42 patients in group D without any measures.A retrosp ective study was conducted to compare the general data of four groups,t he incidence of acute pancreatitis after ERCP,the incidence of hyperamyl asemia after ERCP,and the level of serum amylase(AMS)in patients 5and 24 hours after ERCP.Results: The incidence of PEP in group A,B and C was lower than that in group D.And the incidence of PEP in group B and C was lower than that in group A,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of PEP in group B and C(P>0.05).And in the same time,There was no significant difference in the incidence of hyperamylasemia between the four groups(P >0.05).Conclusions:1.The application of somatostatin before ERCP can reduce the risk of postoperative pancreatitis and reduce the serum amylase level of pat ients after ERCP.The combined application of somatostatin with pancre atic duct stent and inomethacin suppository is more effective than the a pplication alone.2.Compared with the control group, patients who were treated with somatostatin alone or somatostatin combined with insomethacin and so matostatin combined with pancreatic duct stent showed lower postoperati ve amylase level, but the incidence of hyperamylasemia was not signific antly reduced after ERCP.3.The application of the above measures can significantly shorten t he hospitalization time of patients, reduce the relevant treatment costs a nd relieve the economic pressure of patients.
