Objective: To observe the analgesic and untoward effect of oxycodone hydrochloride injection for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 90 patients who will take gynecological laparoscopic surgery, aged 20-60 years old,ASA grade I-II,are randomly divided into three experimental groups: oxycodone group(O group),oxycodone + sufentanil group(OS group)and control group(C group). The postoperative analgesic drug use designs of the three groups of patients are oxycodone 0.6mg/kg,oxycodone 0.3mg/kg+ sufentanil 1 μg/kg and sufentanil 2 μg/kg,and all the three groups will be infused by 0.9% saline diluted to 100 ml in a continuous way of infusion after surgery. The infusion rate is 3ml/h.Record the time of operation and the end of operation to extubation and the VAS and Ramsay sedation score in 2,6,12,24 and 48 hours under the postoperative resting state.Abserve the time of postoperative recovery and the rate of PONV,itching, respiratory depression, dizziness and other adverse reactions. Results: The age,BMI value and operation time difference(P>0.05)of the three groups have no statistical significance;Compared with the control group, the recovery time of O and OS groups is significantly shorter and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the VAS score of O and OS groups is relatively low under the resting state during different time periods. The VAS score of the control group is in the trend of going down at different time periods and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The Ramsay scores of the three groups decrease with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction and untoward effect of the three groups are similar and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the way of using sufentanil only, oxycodone hydrochloride injection after operation for pre,the recovery time of patients is significantly shorter. The way of using oxycodone hydrochloride injection only or combined with sufentanil could be safe and effective for postoperative analgesia after gynecological laparoscopy. Its analgesic effect is better and the degree of sedation, untoward effect and patient satisfaction of the three groups are similar.
