Observation On The Efficacy Of Zhixie Tuina Combined With Umbilicus Therapy In The Treatment Of Children With Spleen Deficiency Diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhixie Tuina combined with navel therapy in the treatment of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea,and to verify the exact curative effect of Zhixie Tuina combined with navel therapy on children with spleen deficiency diarrhea.Method From December 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital of acupuncture and Tuina diarrhea clinic and met the inclusion criteria of a total of 92 cases of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea,diarrhea children were randomly divided into treatment group and simple Tuina navel drug(Smectite Powder)treatment group,two groups of children with clinical observation on the treatment of and efficacy and safety after 2 weeks evaluation of treatment,after 1 months the end of the spleen deficiency symptoms index were followed up.Results(1)the two groups of children after 2 weeks of treatment,the control group was cured in 12 cases,improved in 18 cases,invalid in 16 cases,the total effective rate was 65.2%;the treatment group was cured in 19 cases,improved in 21 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 86.9%.The curative effect of the two groups was statistically treated,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The other observation indexes were improved in the two groups after treatment,and after 1 months,the spleen deficiency symptoms of the two groups rebounded,and the control group was more obvious.(2)before and after treatment,two groups of children with spleen deficiency symptoms,appetite symptoms,stool score,symptom score was within group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)showed that the antidiarrheal Tuina combined with umbilical therapy and single drug(Smectite Powder)oral treatment has obvious effect in children with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency.(3)the two groups after the treatment of spleen deficiency symptoms,appetite symptoms,stool score,symptom score was the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)showed diarrhea clinical effects of Tuina combined with umbilical therapy in treatment of children with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency is better than drugs(oral Smectite Powder).Conclusion Zhixie Tuina combined with navel therapy is effective,safe and easy to operate for children with spleen deficiency diarrhea.
