Clinical Study On The Effect Of Lung Tumor Inhibitory Ointment For ⅢB,Ⅳ Period Non-mutated Lung Adenocarcinoma

Objeftive:Through randomized controlled clinical study,objective evaluation of lung tumor ointment combined with pemetrexed + cisplatin on III B and IV aircraft due to the clinical curative effect of mutant lung adenocarcinoma and to the quality of life,to explore the mechanism of tumor suppression of lung ointment in the treatment of lung cancer,the clinical data of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide clinical basis for the study of lung cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of the study,200 cases of B stage IV lung adenocarcinoma and pleural effusion were randomly divided into four groups,the lung tumor ointment group(A group 50 cases),lung tumor extract plus chemotherapy group(B group 50 cases),chemotherapy group(group C,50 cases).Bjooe group(group D,50 cases).For a period of 21 days,after four cycles of treatment,to observe the changes in lesions,the main symptoms(cough,shortness of breath,chest pain,hemoptysis,fever,fatigue,appetite changes,etc.)life KPS scores,survival comparison(patients need statistics after half a year and 1 year survival rate),tumor markers(CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA-125)changes and adverse reactions(bone marrow suppression,liver function,gastrointestinal reaction and so on)the situation.The results showed:1 lesions: by rank sum test showed that statistically significant changes in the four groups of patients with lesions(P < 0.05),B group was the most obvious changes in lesions,followed by the C group,A group is again,the most obvious changes in D group;2 main symptoms change of main disease groups there were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the four methods are valid,the B optimal set,C group,A group,once again,was better than that of group D;3 quality of life: four groups of patients before and after treatment KPS score with rank sum test were statistically significant(P < 0.05).A group,B optimum,D group,C group were better than that of 4;survival changes are statistically significant changes in survival of the four groups after treatment(P < 0.05),shows four kinds of treatment methods are effective,A,B two,D two group was better than C group,between A and B group B The group was better than A group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between C and D group(P > 0.05);the changes of the tumor markers in the: CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA-125 levels were not statistically significant in the treatment group(P>0.05).After treatment,the CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA-125 were compared by F test,(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the four groups of CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA-125 change is not exactly the same).The lung tumor ointment plus chemotherapy group optimal chemotherapy group,lung tumor extract group again,the group of Brucea Javanica emulsion.The results showed that the effect of lung tumor suppression paste plus chemotherapy on CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA-125 was significantly higher than that of chemotherapy,which indicated that the anti tumor plaster could strengthen the effect of chemotherapy and reduce the recurrence and metastasis.6 adverse reactions: the rank sum test,P=0.001,P < 0.05,the clinical efficacy of the four groups was statistically significant.22,P > 0.05,lung tumor extract group and Brucea Javanica Emulsion group was not statistically significant,the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Compared with the chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy group,there was significant difference in adverse reactions between the and the chemotherapy group,and the difference between the two groups was significantly higher than that in the chemotherapy group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the combination of lung cancer suppression plaster combined with chemotherapy could relieve the adverse reactions of patients after chemotherapy.
