Objective:Through collecting and sorting out the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in modern medicine on the treatment of tinnitus and deafness prescription data from the liver,from "disease syndrome of TCM to explore traditional Chinese medicine prescription prescription compatibility law on the treatment of tinnitus and deafness from the liver,respectively from the perturbationsuffered on,hyperactivity of liver Yang,stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of liver blood analysis four card type statistics,summary of each syndrome type in accordance with the rules of prescription and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,which is from the liver of tinnitus and deafness drug development,compatibility and clinical pharmacy selection provide new clinical ideas.Methods:This study uses "TCM inheritance system" software,the analysis on the prescription for treating tinnitus and deafness systematically from the liver,finishing,and then from the perturbationsuffered on,hyperactivity of liver Yang,liver qi stagnation,liver blood deficiency syndrome type four statistical analysis,analysis of prescription rule of every syndrome.Results:The modern literature collected and screened for tinnitus and deafness from the liver literature 117,contains 132 prescriptions,involving 132 flavors of Chinese medicine,a total of 1265 flavour,Chinese herbal medicine to cold,the temperature,taste bitter,sweet,focuses on the SIM,owned by mainly in the liver,heart,spleen,kidney.132 prescriptions,including ganhuoshangrao in a cohort of 86 prescriptions,involving 104 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 1073 flavour,drug combination is the highest frequency of Gentiana-Bupleurum;hyperactivity of liver Yang into the group of 25 prescriptions,involving 79 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 310 flavour,drug combination is the highest frequency of Acorus-Radix Puerariae;liver qi stagnation syndrome in a cohort of 19 prescriptions,involving 73 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 232 flavour,drug combination is the highest frequency of Bupleurum Radix puerariae.There were 2 prescriptions for liver blood deficiency syndrome,involving 16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,totaling 19 times.Conclusion:The study summed up the modern Chinese medicine treatment of tinnitus and deafness from liver and related liver fire,hyperactivity of liver Yang,liver qi stagnation syndrome type three prescription drug laws,and get a new prescription for treating tinnitus and deafness.So as to provide a more comprehensive theoretical support and a perfect prescription for the treatment of tinnitus and deafness from the liver.At the same time,through analysis,we can see that modern doctors still lack the treatment of tinnitus and deafness from the "liver blood deficiency" syndrome,which deserves clinical attention.
