| Objective: By measuring visceral fat area(VA),subcutaneous fat area(SA)and sex hormone levels in the type 2 diabetes patients to explore relationship between sex hormone levels and abdominal fat distribution in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods : Use a cross-sectional study methods, from August 2015 to October 2016,106 casees of male patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in Shandong provincial hospital,According to BMI,they were divided into two groups: type 2 daibetes patients with or without obesity.According to area of visceral fat, type 2 diabetes patients with obesity were divided into two group: type 2 daibetes patients with or without visceral obesity. The subjects were measured height, weight,BMI,blood pressure,FPG,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FFA,T,E2,FSH,LH,AST,ALT,GGT,ALP,and subcutaneous fat area, visceral fat area. All of body mass index(BMI),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),and visceral/subcutaneous area ratio(VA/SA)were calculated. All data were expressed as mean±SD,or median.Statistical comparisons were done by Kruskal-Wallis or LSD-t or Dunnett-t analysis.Result:1.Sex hormones: T in A group were lower than B group and C group(P<0.01);E2 in A group were higher than C group(P<0.05);logT were negatively correlated with visceral fat area,E2 were positively correlated with subcutaneous fat area.2.Blood fat:TG in A group were higher than B group and C group;HDL-C in A group were lower than B group and C group.3.Others:AST in A group were higher than B group;UA in A group and B group were both higher than C group.Conclution:1.In type 2 diabetes male patients, the T level are influenced by abdominal fat distribution but not influenced by BMI,the area of visceral are higher, the level of T are lower.2.In type 2 diabetes male patients, the E2 level are influenced by abdominal fat distribution and BMI.the area of subcutaneous are higher, the level of E2 are higher. |
