Objective: Prospectively investigate and compare Cable-pin and tension band system of closed type crushing patellar fractures treated by two ways of clinical curative effect analysis.In order to obtain the clinical curative effect of treatment of closed type crushing patellar fractures,the best operation program and provide comprehensive reference for clinical surgery.Methods: According to the clinical trial program designed in advance,based on inclusion of exclusion criteria,screening of Shandong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine orthopedic ward orthopedic ward from March 2015 to March 2016 period of treatment of closed comminuted patellar fracture patients in line with the standard of 62 cases,Were randomly divided into A and B groups,including group A patients with observation group,group B patients as control group,group A patients with Cable-pin system,group B patients with tension band system,while AB two groups of patients in the hospital process All Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy.The patients in the observation group and the control group were followed up for 10 days,30 days,60 days,90 days and 120 days after operation.Review of clinical physical examination and knee joint lateral radiographs,Using the modified Bostman patella fracture clinical efficacy evaluation criteria,respectively,from the knee range of motion,pain,work,quadriceps muscle atrophy,assisting,exudation,playing soft legs,up and down the stairs,and fill out the follow-up patient visit form.Results:(1)Of the 62 patients who were the subjects of this study,follow-up was performed during this period to meet the clinical criteria for fracture healing.(2)The average score of Bostman was 82.57 ± 9.20,the excellent rate was 90.32%,and the average score of HSS was 73.90 ± 14.26 in group B(P <0.05).,Excellent in 14 cases,good in 11 cases,Medium in 3 cases and poor in 3 cases.The excellent and good rate was 80.65%.The knee function score was higher than that of group B,and the excellent and good rate was higher than that in group B 9.67%.Differences between groups using Chi-square test,P = 0.046,statistically significant.(3)There was no significant difference in operative time,fixed difficulty and healing time.(4)In the postoperative follow-up,functional activity and complications,group A was superior to group B,statistically significant.Conclusion: Combined with the above data,Cable-pin system and tension band system for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture were good results in the duration of surgery and patients with no significant difference in postoperative healing time,according to its postoperative complications,knee function and According to Bostman score,Cable-pin system is relatively good,but its price is relatively high,so we should be combined with the actual situation of patients,comprehensive evaluation,with the consent of patients,the implementation of a more reasonable,comprehensive and best program. |
