The Selection And The Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Three Kinds Of Patella Fracture Fixation Method

Objective：Observe and compare the treatment of patella fracture curative effect ofAO-tension-band,memory alloy patellar holder and cable-pin.Methods：Collect98patients with fracture of the patella who met the inclusioncriteria from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese MedicineOrthopedic from2009.12to2011.3.There are73patients with transverse fracture,andusing AO-tension-band,memory alloy patellar holder and cable-pin to fix.And there are25patients with minuted fracture,which using AO-tension-band and memory alloy patellarholder to fix.All patients were up to the fracture healing standard after treatment andfollowed up after treatment.After the end of the followed up,evaluate the function of theknee joint of each group. Compare the reset condition, Knee pain condition and range ofmotion, Shrinking degree of quadriceps femoris,the walking condition and the function ofthe knee joint,and obserbate curative effect.Results：The treatment AO-tension-band,memory alloy patellar holder andcable-pin for the transverse fracture of patella are all statistically significant,The excellentrates were92.0%,83.3%and95.8%respectively,which were compared without significantstatistical differences (P>0.05);The excellent rates of treatment of the comminuted fractureof patella were83.3%and76.9%,comparing with no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion：The treatment of transverse fracture of patella usingAO-tension-band,memory alloy patellar holder and cable-pin all had very good curativeeffect;The treatment of comminuted fracture using AO-tension-band and memory alloy patellar holder were both satisfactory.
