[Objective]The purpose of this study was to evaluate the biocompatibility of L929 cells by SRB colorimetric method,and to evaluate the biocompatibility of three kinds of oral porcelain materials of zirconia,porcelain and alumina.[Method]The cell absorbance values of L929 cultured for 1 day,3 days,5 days and 7 days were measured by leaching experiment and srb colorimetric method.The absorbance values of L929 were measured by using all-ceramic material extract of zirconia,porcelain and alumina.3 days and 7 days,and the relative proliferation rate of L929 cells at different time points was calculated by absorbance value.The effects of three kinds of dental materials on the growth of L929 cells were discussed.To evaluate the in vitro cytotoxicity of the material.[Results]1.ZGR:After 3 days of extraction,RGR>100%was leached for 3 days,RGR was 75%~99%for 7 days,and 5 days for 5 days,75%to 99%.2.Casting porcelain:3 days after the extraction of 3 days group and leaching 7 days group RGR>100%,5 days after the extraction of 3 days group RGR>100%,leaching 7 days group RGR in 75%to 99%。3.Alumina:In the 3 days,the RGR was between 75%and 99%for 7 days,and the number of RGR>100%was 7 days after leaching for 7 days.[Conclusion]1.Zirconia,porcelain,alumina three materials with good biocompatibility.The cell rate was similar to that of 10%calf serum DMEM high glucose medium.2.All three materials are grade 1 materials,can be safely applied to clinical.3.Three kinds of porcelain material after a long period of extraction is still no harmful substances seepage.
