Objective : To study the factors affecting the recovery of early gastrointestinal function after radical operation in patients with gastric cancer, aim to guide the clinical treatment. Methods:Collect patients with gastric cancer underwent radical D2 in Department Gastrointestinal gland surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University of all 651 cases from 2012 to 2016,through the statistical analysis by univariate and multivariate tests to clear the correlation between the factors and the first postoperative anal exhaust time.Results:(1)single factor analysis showed that factors related with exhaust time like age, mode of operation, amount of bleeding, operation time and transfusion, distribution difference have statistically significant(P<0.05),and the other factors were not correlative Statistically(P>0.05);(2)the multivariate analysis shows that the factors Elderly patients,Open surgery operation,Massive hemorrhage in operation extended postoperative anal exhaust time, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Perioperative hemoglobin levels were not statistically correlated with anal exhaust time(P>0.05).Conclusion:The operation mode, the amount of bleeding and the age influence the early gastrointestinal function recovery after radical resection of gastric cancer.Perioperative hemoglobin level≥ 70g/L did not affect the early recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer.
