Objective: Through the exploration of Chinese herbs application to improve wound healing after operation of anal fistula in slow speed.Based on the basic theories of Chinese medicine,under the guidance of modern pharmacology experiment research foundation,to observe the postoperative anal fistula after topical white powder on re epithelialization and epidermal growth factor(EGF)effect.To investigate whether to promote the role of scattered exhaustion of anal fistula wound re epithelialization,can shorten the wound healing time,provide scientific basis for clinical treatment programs,and for the future study of white powder on the deeper motive to repair the wound after anal fistula operation to promote the role of the theoretical and experimental basis is more reliable.Methods: From October 2015 to June 2016 in 60 cases of damp heat in Anhui Province Chinese medicine hospital anorectal inpatient department bet type low simple anal fistula,in accordance with the principle of randomization,60 cases of anal fistula were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.The surgical methods were anal fistula resection,2D after the beginning of dressing change,the treatment group was treated with clean dressing + white vaseline gauze strip,while the control group was treated with clean dressing and vaseline gauze.The two groups were observed in 7d,14 d,21d after surgery and wound longitudinal diameter and depth of observation,tissue regeneration of epithelial cells,the expression of immunohistochemical method were compared between the two groups of EGF,the last two groups were observed the wound healing time.Results: The two groups had statistical significance after surgery were compared,7,14,21 days longitudinal diameter and depth difference(P <0.01),the observation group was reduced and the depth of longitudinal diameter significantly faster than the control group;two groups of wound repair time,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),observe group was significantly shorter than the control group;after 7,14,21 days to observe the epithelial tissue of group wound appeared earlier than that of the control group;7,14,21 days,two groups were EGF after operation in the observation group after 7,14,21 days was more than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Anal fistula wound dressing up by external white powder,accelerate the formation of the emergence of the wound epithelial cells,the expression of EGF is increased,shorten the wound healing time of the phenomenon,that the white powder can effectively promote the exercise of anal fistula wound re epithelialization,and accelerate wound healing,the curative effect is obvious.
