Baijie Powder’s Influence On Neovascularization Of Anal Fistula Postoperative Wound And The Expression Of VEGF、vEGFR-2

Purpose of the Investigation:Comparing with the exogenous fibroblast growth factor(FGF) application group,this research observe Baijie Powder`s Clinical curative effect on anal fistula postoperative wounds mainly by local external use it and observe its influence on neovascularization and the expression of VEGF、VEGFR-2,which help us research the anal fistula postoperative wound healing mechanism carries on the preliminary discussion.The research can provide reliable basis for clinical application and dissemination, which can provide basic research for postoperative wound healing promoting anorectal disease of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods of the Investigation:Selecting 60 cases of hospitalized patients with anal fistula in the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university anorectal from November 2013 to December 2014,, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, including 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. All cases shall be for the treatment of Anal fistula incision hangs line operation and provid dressing treatment 2d postoperative.The treatment group scattered rubbing with a clean bandage + white dragon’s; The control group with clean bandage + recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use only.Then we wound observed two groups of postoperative wound granulation growth color,the number of new blood vessels wound pathology observation, legal comparative observation of the immunized group two groups the expression of VEGF and VEGFR-2 of the wound on the 7 th day after operations.Results:Wound granulation color is more similar between the two groups postoperative 7d and the comparison has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).But the treatment group is better than that of control group 14 days after the comparison and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7, 14 days, two groups of wound healing rate in treatment group were better than control group(P < 0.05). 7,14 days, two groups of postoperative wound capillary content compare with each other.The number of treatment group were more than the control group(P < 0.05). 7,14 days,two groups of postoperative wound VEGF compare with each other. The expression of treatment group were more than the control group(P < 0.05).Two groups of postoperative wound VEGFR- 2 the comparison, the treatment group expression quantity more than the control group in the 7th day(P < 0.05), two groups of 14 postoperative wound VEGFR- 2 the comparison, the treatment group expression quantity more than the control group, with significant difference(P <0.01).Conclusion:Intervention anal fistula postoperative wound by local external using Baijie Powder can increase the expression of VEGF and VEGFR-2 wound and promote new blood vessels`generation,which can accelerate wound healing and curative effect is remarkable.
