The Study Of The Current Situation And Frontier Of Pharmaceutical Economics In China Based On Knowledge Map

In China,the subject of pharmacoeconomics has been developing continuously,and th e evaluation of related pharmacoeconomics has been increasing.At present,there is no sys tematic and complete evaluation system in our country,and the quality evaluation of phar macoeconomic evaluation is also lack of authoritative institutions for quality evaluation.In order to correct comparison and quality assessment of current pharmacoeconomic evaluati on methods,this study will use the evaluation system to evaluate the quality of the curren t Chinese pharmacoeconomic literature quality evaluation from the research questions,resea rch design and research methods,costs and health outcomes,model analysis and results an d discussion of several aspects of the analysis in order to pharmacoeconomics,analyze the present situation of our country.In order to clarify the historical context of the discipline of pharmacoeconomics,we f ound the links within the discipline of pharmacoeconomics and promoted the long-term an d effective development of the subject of pharmacoeconomics.This study is based on the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Web of Science related drug database retrieval literature data as the data source,to build domestic drug economics knowledge map from the frontier research subject,research focus,research three aspects respectively using Cite space5.0.3 visualization software.By drawing the knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics,we can reveal the evolution law of pharmacoeconomics and predict the forward trend of p harmacoeconomics.Through the quality evaluation of pharmacoeconomics,it is found that the quantity an d types of pharmacoeconomic evaluation in our country are more,but the quality of evalu ation is good and bad,and it still needs to be strengthened.Especially,the research angle is not clear,the research time is not long,the health output index is single,the discount is not adopted and the sensitivity analysis is not correct.By drawing on the knowledge map of domestic and international international pharma coeconomics research,it is found that the international pharmacoeconomics research is mor e abundant,and the domestic pharmacoeconomics research is still in the initial stage,so t here are some details in the mapping of the atlas.Compared with the domestic drug econ omics research,the international drug economics research is more abundant in the research subjects and research hotspots,both of which have their respective research frontiers and time spans.
