Comparative Study On Laparoscopic Repair And Onlay Repair Of Recurrent Incisional Hernia

Objective:Toanalyze thecurative effect of laparoscopic incisional hernia repair and Onlay repair method to demonstrate the feasibility,safety and effect of the laparoscopic ventral incisional recurrenthernia repair.Methods:The cilinical data of 102 patients with recurrent incisional hernia who were treated in our hospital from June 2006 to December2015 were analyzed retrospectively.There were 56 patients were treated with Onlay repair.46 patients were treated with laparoscopic incisional hernia repair.The operation time,the postoperative hospitalization times,postoperative activity time,postoperative complications,recurrence,in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:To compared with LG,the OG had lower operation time,and hospitalization costs;In the OG group7 cases were serum,5 cases were infection of incision,4 cases were bowel injury,4cases were postoperative pain,3 cases were intestinal obstruction,23 cases(41.07%)had postoperative complications.In the LG group,2 cases were serum,2 cases were infection of incision,5 cases were bowel injury,1 cases were postoperative pain,2 cases were intestinal obstruction,12 cases(19.57%)had postoperative complications.Both postoperative complications after symptomatic treatment are better,no patch infection,chronic pain,intestinal obstruction,etc.Comparing the two groups,the incidence of postoperative complications of LG group is lower than the OG group(P< 0.05),length of hospital stay,postoperative bed activity time is short in the OG group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair treatment of recurrent incisional hernia with short postoperative bed activity time,short postoperative hospital stay,lowrateof postoperative pain,less postoperative complications,but the high cost of hospitalization and long operation time,and postoperative recurrence is similarrate in the two group.Two kinds of operation method to treat recurrent incisional hernia are safe and effective.The way how to choose the surgery should be according to the actual circumstance of patients and surgical experience in technology.
