| Objective To study the effects of Po Shu fumigating lotion on postoperative wound pain,wound secretion,granulation growth wi thin the scope of the wound,wound area change,wound healing(complete epithelialization)time,wound healing rate,and clinical comprehensive efficacy evaluation through the fumigating and washing treatment of low perianal Abscess of fire-toxin-exuberant type.It also provides some objective indicators and evidence for the clinical promotion of Po Shu fumigating lotion for the low perianal Abscess of fire-toxin-exuberant type.Methods In this study,the patients who were admitted from 2022.1-2022.10 and met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for low perianal abscess were selected for TCM four-diagnosis differentiation,and 90 cases of fire-toxic blister type patients were selected(based on the sample size formula),and then randomly divided into 45 cases of Po Shu treatment group(Po Shu fumigating lotion + Vaseline gauze routine dressing change)according to the random number table method.45 cases of routine dressing change control group(warm boiled water sitting bath + Vaseline yarn routine dressing change)"One-time radical operation of perianal abscess" was performed in all patients.In the Po Shu treatment group,four weeks after surgery(1-28 days),sit-bath fumigation was performed with Po Shu fumigating lotion every day,and then routine dressing change,once in the morning and once before going to bed,10min/ time;The conventional dressing change control group warm boiled water sitting bath,then routine dressing change.By observing postoperative wound pain,wound secretion,granulation growth within the scope of the wound,wound area change,wound healing rate of the two groups during the treatment,evaluating the time of wound healing(complete epithelialization),and evaluating the comprehensive effect on the 28 th day after the operation,the real efficacy of Po Shu fumigating lotion on wound healing after anal carbuncle was discussed.Results All the clinical observation data of 90 subjects(low perianal abscess)in this clinical study were collected,and the secondary clinical study was successful.The basic information(gender,age,duration of illness)of the subjects in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the results were P>0.05.Therefore,there was no statistical significance in the difference of the general situation between the two groups,and there was comparability between the Po Shu treatment group and the conventional dressing change control group.The results of the clinical study are reported as follows:1.Postoperative wound pain: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the degree of wound pain on the 1th and 3th day after surgery(P>0.05).The score of wound pain on the 7th and 10 th day after surgery between the two groups showed that there were significant differences between the two time periods(P<0.05),and the Po Shu treatment group was better than the conventional dressing change control group.2.Wound secretions: on the 3th,7th and 14 th day after surgery,the score statistics of wound secretions between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that there was a statistical difference between the two groups,and the Po Shu treatment group was superior to the conventional dressing change control group.3.Wound granulation growth: Statistical comparison of the score of granulation growth degree in the wound range between the Po Shu treatment group and the conventional dressing change control group in the 7th,14 th and 21 days of the three weeks after surgery(P<0.05)indicated that there was a statistical difference between the two groups,and the Po Shu treatment group was superior to the conventional dressing change control group.4.Wound area: on the first day after surgery,there was no significant difference in the unhealed wound area(cm2)between the Po Shu treatment group and the conventional dressing change control group(P>0.05).On the 7th,14 th,21st and 28 th days after surgery,there was a statistically significant difference in the area of unhealed wounds between the two groups(P<0.05),the Po Shu treatment group was superior to the conventional dressing change control group.5.Wound healing rate: There were statistically significant differences in the wound healing rate between the two groups on the 7th,14 th,21st and 28 th days after surgery(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.Wound healing time: The difference was statistically significant between the Po Shu treatment group and the conventional dressing change control group(P<0.05),and(Po Shu treatment group wound healing time < conventional dressing change control group).7.Overall efficacy: Evaluated on the 28 th day after surgery,the total effective rate of the Po Shu treatment group and the conventional dressing change control group was 100%,and the overall efficacy of the Po Shu treatment group and the conventional dressing change control group was compared((P<0.05),indicating a statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Po Shu fumigating lotion can significantly relieve postoperative wound pain,reduce the amount of wound secretions,promote the growth of new granulation on the wound,increase the wound healing rate and shorten the wound healing time,and has a positive guiding effect on wound healing after the operation for the low perianal Abscess of fire-toxin-exuberant type,which is worth clinical promotion and application. |
