To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Professor Zhouguang On Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Basing On The Chronic Urticaria With Time Attack Regularity

Objective:Based on the chronic urticaria with time attack regularity and the study of yinwei theory in the early,make the method which come from the professor of zhouguang`s empirical formula based on the chronic urticaria with time attack regularity to observe the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation and treatment;through these clinical trial to prove the efficacy traditional Chinese medicine.Method: To formulate the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the chronic urticaria with time attack regularity,110 cases of chronic urticaria were selected to the clinical research,and based on the clinic time these patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group in random,among them,58 cases were in the traditional Chinese medicine,and 52 cases were in the control group,gave the of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicines applied to these patients.The course of treatment was 8 weeks,observed the symptoms change of 2 groups,and made 12 weeks follow-up visit,observed the recurrence rate of 2 groups.Result:1.the chronic urticaria with time attack regularity,7-9o`clock 9-11o`clock,19-21o`clock and 21-23o`clock.2.Under 8 weeks,in one group which before and after treatment 1week and 2 weeks have have no difference(P>0.05);in one group which before and after treatment 4weeks,6 weeks and 8weeks have the difference,it has statistical significance(P<0.05);compared two groups have no difference(P>0.05);after 12 weeks follow-up visit,compared two groups it has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.In the treatment group 19 patients were cured,25 patients obtained obvious effect,9 patients had somewhat effect and 5 patients had no change,the efficiency was 75.86%;in the control group 14 patients were cured,22 patients obtained obvious effect,12 patients had somewhat effect and 4 patients had no change,the efficiency was 69.23%;After 12 weeks follow-up visit,in the treatment group 6 patients were recurred(31.58%);in the control group 8 patients were recurred(57.14%),the recurrence rate in the treatment group is lower than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine by Zhouguang professor have a favourable effect to improved the symptoms and lower the recurrence rate in the aspect of the chronic urticaria treatment,it proved an effective choice in treatment of patients with chronic urticaria.
