Observe Clinical Effects Of Guwei Decoction On The Treatment Of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria Table Deficiency Syndrome And Effect On Cd4~+/CD8~+

Objective:To observer the clinical effects of Guwei decoction on the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria table deficiency syndrome, by record the CD4+/CD8+changes before and after treatment express the influence of CD4+/CD8+with Guwei decoction.Methods:Sixty-nine patients with table deficiency syndrome type of chronic idiopathic urticaria in TCM differentiation, were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups, the experimental group was36cases those were given "Guwei decoction ", and the controlled groups was36cases that were given "Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets".4weeks is1course of treatment,2courses of treatment were observed. Observe the curative effect, recurrence, adverse reactions, and compare the CD4+/CD8+of patients before treatment and after.Results:1.After the first course of treatment, the significant efficiency of experimental group was38.89%, the total effective rate was83.33%, symptoms score was16.83±8.83; the Significant efficiency of control group was66.67%, the total effective rate was90.91%, symptoms score was11.82±8.13;there was significant difference between two groups in significant efficiency(P<0.05), the experimental group less than the control; there was no significant difference between two groups in the total effective rate(P>0.05); there was significant difference between two groups in symptoms score (P<0.05), the experimental group higher than the control.2.After the second course of treatment, the significant efficiency of experimental group was63.89%, the total effective rate was 86.11%, symptoms score was6.78±7.55; the Significant efficiency of control group was69.70%, the total effective rate was90.91%, symptoms score was6.24±7.68; there were no significant differences between two groups in the significant efficiency,the total effective rate and symptoms score (P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference between two groups in the CD4+/CD8+before treatment and after(P>0.05).4. After the treatment and follow-up3months, experimental group of the recurrence rate was18.18%,53.85%in control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), the experimental group less than the control.5. Experimental group of the adverse reaction rate was2.8%,6.1%in control group, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:There is an exactly clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria table deficiency syndrome with Guwei decoction, in the control of the disease recurrence compare to "Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets" that have certain advantages, and adverse reaction rate is low.
