| Objectives:In our country, Incidence of apoplexy is quite high. In most case,apoplexy caused a variety of consequent sequels. Hemiplegic gait that left patientsparalyzed on one side of his body is typical one of those sequels. This study compilesa control dialog box program to provide electrical parameters to control the electricalstimulation。 Use the following electrical stimulation instrument to correct thehemiplegic gait and by software stimulation establish human dynamic model toanalyze dynamics and kinematics data to provide quantitative analysis data for thetreatment of hemiplegic gait.Methods: Use Microsoft Visual C++compiles a control dialog box program to provideelectrical parameters to control the electrical stimulation. Those parameters based onthe actual situation of the hemiplegia patients. So the electrical stimulation could begetting a good obvious effect.Choose8hemiplegia patients and use MotionAnalysis motion capture system toobtain kinematics data basing on35markers according to the requirements ofLifeMOD software. Use LifeMOD software to establish the dynamics model for thehemiplegia patients before and in the electrical stimulation respectively. Compile aprogram to transform the file using format of MotionAnalysisde into the file (.slf) thatcan driver the model of LifeMOD. After the analysis of LifeMOD, the dynamics resultscan be got, including the joint angle, the displacement of the human links and muscleforce. By analyzing the Kinematic data using SPSS,the effect of the electricalstimulation can be tested.Results: The software of the electrical stimulation can provide a dialog box. By suchdialog box the electrical parameters can be input into the computer, such electricalparameters including the current intensity, the electrical wareform, the pulse width,and the time of rise and fall of the current intensity based on the different hemiplegiapatients. Such dialog box has the characteristics of convenience and accurateness.Use MotionAnalysis to obtain the locus data from8hemiplegia patientssuccessfully. Establish the model respectively by the LifeMOD; get the kinematics anddynamics datum, including the change of joint angle, length of a step of bad leg,lateral displacement of bad leg and the change of the muscles.Conclusion: The degree of simulation of the model established by LifeMOD andMotionAnalysis is very high. The simulation can provide accurate datum for the study. Based on the SPSS analysis of datum from stimulation before and in the electricalstimulation, it is confirmed that the electrical stimulation instrument is effect forcorrecting the hemiplegic gait. |
