Clinical Observation Of Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction To Treat Infectious Mononucleosis Of Syndrome Of Lingering Pathogen Due To Vital Qi Deficiency

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Qinghao Biejia decoction in the treatment of children with Infectious Mononucleosis,expand the thought of clinical treatment and investigation of Infectious Mononucleosis.Methods:70 cases according to the standard of Infectious Mononucleosis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group.Each group has 35 cases of patients.The treatment group excluded 1 cases,the other 4 cases,so finally 65 cases entered the stage of clinical statistics.The treatment group were treated with Modified Qinghao Biejia decoction,and the control group were given the Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder.Two group was given the promoting blood circulation therapy meanwhile.All of the cases were treated for 10 day.Observe and record the recovery condition of the clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory index,meanwhile Observe the change of Chinese medicine symptom integral and adverse reactions.Result:1.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1%and the other 80.6%respectively,and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment the treatment group’s recovery conditions of the clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms add laboratory index was better.So as the TCM symptom integral.Conclusion:1.The clinical of Modified Qinghao Biejia decoction and Yupingfeng Powder in the treatment of children with Infectious Mononucleosis was more effective than the control group.2.Modified Qinghao Biejia decoction and Yupingfeng Powder was clearly more effective in the treatment of children with Infectious Mononucleosis,and also could shortening the overall recovery time of the enlargement of lymph nodes.3.Modified Qinghao Biejia decoction was safe and worth of clinical promotion...
