Evaluating The Effectiveness Of Hearing Aid On Tinnitus In Deafness Patients

Purpose:To observe the effectiveness of hearing aid on tinnitus in deafness patients.Methods:Collecting data of tinnitus patients with deafness from October 2014 to October 2016 to our hospital,45 Patients suffered moderate deafness and more than 3 mouths tinnitus who were treated with a hearing aid and who had complete follow-up data were enrolled in the study.Following up for 1 year,observing the total effectiveness of hearing aids on tinnitus after treatment for 3,6,12 months,and observing the effectiveness of hearing aids on tinnitus of different levels of deafness,deafness and tinnitus occurred in the order of different nature of tinnitus,different tones of tinnitus,tinnitus of different tinnitus course of tinnitus after treatment for 3,6,12 months respectively.And using SPSS20.0 software package for statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison the efficacy of 3,6,12 months after hearing aid treatment The effective rate was the highest at 12 months(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).2.Comparison of the effect of hearing aids in different groups of deafness Tinnitus and deafness occurred at the same time the highest efficiency,tinnitus after deafness occurred in the group followed,tinnitus before the lowest deafness group,but there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference only between the moderate deafness group and the severe deafness group(P <0.05)after treatment for 12 mouths.3.Comparison of the effect of hearing aids in tinnitus and deafness in order Tinnitus and deafness occurred at the same time group were higher than tinnitus before the deafness group,deafness before the tinnitus occurred group,but there was a significant difference only between tinnitus before the deafness group and tinnitus and deafness s occurred at the same time group(P <0.05)after treatment for 12 mouths.4.Comparison of the effect of hearing aids on different tinnitus nature groups Single tones tinnitus improved the highest efficiency,double sound group followed,the lowest group of sound,but there was no significant difference between any two groups(P >0.05).5.Comparison of the effect of hearing aid on different tinnitus tone groups The low-key group is slightly more efficient than the high-profile group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).6.Comparison of the effect of hearing aids in different tinnitus course Tinnitus less than 1 year group of tinnitus improved the effective rate of tinnitus than the course of more than 1 year group;but there was a significant difference only between the two groups(P <0.05)after treatment for 12 months,there was no significant difference between the other groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Hearing aids on tinnitus in patients with moderate to severe deafness after treatment in 3~6 months is more obvious;2.The effect of hearing aids to moderate deafness,tinnitus and deafness occur simultaneously,mono tinnitus,low-pitched tinnitus in patients with deafness tinnitus is better;3.Tinnitus patients accompanied by moderate deafness should be timely and earlier wearing hearing aids.
