Objective: This study analyzed original data about some risk factors of cervical cancer published in the last 17 years using meta-analysis,and try to raise suggestions for the better prevention and control of cervical cancers among women in China.Method: We searched database from home and abroad. We collected literatures associated with cervical cancers from January 2000 to March 2017 at home and abroad. All data were exacted using designed table, and we use Rev Man 5.3 to analysis the exacted data.To assess hetero-geneity among the studies, when the result comes out P > 0.10,I2 <50%,we use fixed effects model;and when it comes out the opposite result,we use random effects model.Otherwise,we use the random effects model to analyze. Results: Using inclusion and exclusion criterion to select literatures,we finally determined 22 studies into our study. All the selected literatures were rated more than6 scores. We mainly analyzed 13 factors associated with cervical cancers. The results for Meta-analysis: HR-HPV infection: OR=169.29,95%CI [34.34,834.62];HSV-Ⅱinfection: OR=5.83,95%CI [2.73,12.47];chlamydia infection: OR=3.88,95%CI[2.47,6.10];trichomoniasis infection: OR=2.65,95%CI [1.72,4.07];bacterial vaginosis: OR=5.67,95%CI [4.00,8.04];fungal infection: OR=4.58,95%CI[1.54,13.60];age at first sexual intercourse ≤20 years: OR=2.53,95%CI [1.09,5.85];oral contraceptive use: OR=0.30,95%CI [0.07,1.24];menopause: OR=1.72,95%CI[1.05,2.81];second hand smoking: OR=2.38,95%CI [1.66,3.43];high folate status: OR=0.49,95%CI [0.35,0.70];multivitamin use: OR=0.58,95%CI[0.41,0.81];family history of cancer: OR=2.09,95%CI [1.58,2.75].Conclusion: 1、Reproductive tract infection was closely associated with cervical cancer among women in China.HR-HPV infection 、 HSV-Ⅱ infection 、 CT 、trichomonad infection 、BV、fungal infection were risk factors for cervical cancer, andthe major risk factor among them was HR-HPV infection.2 、 Age at first sexual intercourse ≤20 years、menopause、second hand smoking、family history of cancer were risk factors for cervical cancer among Chinese women.3、High folate status and multivitamin use were protective factors for cervical cancer among Chinese women.4、Oral contraceptive use could not be determined to be risk or protective factors for cervical cancer at present time.
