Objective:To investigate the predictive value of CA125 、 HE4 and ROMA in epithelial varian cancer(EOC)and to compare the correlation between the decline degree in different therapeutic stage and the prognosis. To determine the effects of age, menopause and age at menopause, number of pregnancy and abortion,FIGO stage, pathologic types, histologic classification, ascites and lymph node on the prognosis of EOC.Methods:In this study,we retrospectively analyzed the EOC patients who met the inclusion criteria admitted to The First Hospital of Jilin University from July,2011 to November,2016,estimated the value of CA125,HE4 and ROMA index in diagnosis of EOC,determined the effects of age, number of pregnancy and abortion,FIGO stage, pathologic types, histologic classification, ascites and lymph node on the prognosis of EOC.Results:1.In this study, the serum levels of CA125,HE4 and ROMA index in patients with EOC were significantly higher than those in benign tumor group(P<0.001).In ROC curve analysis for women with a pelvic mass, areas under the curve(AUC)for CA125、HE4 and ROMA were 0.980、0.982、0.985,respectively(P<0.001).2.Chi-square testwas mainly to determine the correlation of various factors with EOC.There were statistically significant factors mainly including age, number of pregnancy and abortion,FIGO stage, pathologic types, histologic classification, ascites and lymph node.Futher we found that both they are the poor prognosis factors of EOC.Conclusion:1.ROMA index shows a better performance than CA125 or HE4 alone for the detection of EOC in women with pelvic masses.2.ROMA index has a better prediction of the prognosis than CA125 and HE4 in EOC.3.Age,menopause and age at menopause, pathologic types all have nothing to dowith the prognosis.4.The number of pregnancy and abortion,FIGO stage, pathologic types, histologic classification,,ascites and lymph node can influence the prognosis of EOC,and they are independent risk factors affect the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. The prognosis of EOC patients are much better if they have greater number of pregnancy, better FIGO stage and pathologic types and don’t have abortion, lymph node metastasis or ascites.
