OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical characteristics of upper airway cough syndrome,to explore the level of airway inflammation and gas inflammation in the upper airway cough syndrome, and to explore the possibility of alternative radiological and traumatic examination for the clinical study of upper airway cough syndrome Diagnosis and treatment to provide clinical basis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the study method, selected in September 2014-February 2017 Dalian Children Hospital, chronic cough clinic treatment, except for recent respiratory tract infection, other causes of chronic cough, congenital respiratory malformations, and immune The clinical symptoms, sinus CT results, airway exhaled nitric oxide levels, and leukotriene levels were analyzed in children who met the criteria for the diagnosis of airway cough syndrome in children, and the airway exhaled breath The correlation between nitric oxide and leukotriene was analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software.Results:1.Among the 108 children who met the inclusion criteria,39 were school age, accounting for 36%of the total cases and 69%of the total number of preschool patients, accounting for 64%of the total cases.UACS children in the preschool group of children more than school age children.2.There were more than two(more than two)single cases(including double cause)in children with UACS,accounting for 57.4%of children with UACS.Among them,59 cases were examined by nasal sinus CT.Among them,45 cases(76.3%)had sinusitis,1.4 cases(23.7%)had no obvious abnormality.Sinus CT abnormalities were significantly more than normal sinus CT,accounting for 76.3%.3.There were 62 cases of serum leukotriene test in 108 UACS patients who met the inclusion criteria, and 81.2%of patients with normal leukotriene abnormalities were found in UACS children. There were 89 cases of FeNO detection in 108 UACS patients.who met the inclusion criteria, and 61.2%of patients with abnormal FeNO were more than those with abnormal FeNO in UACS.A total of 86 patients with NNO were enrolled in the 108 patients with UACS,including 32 patients(37.2%)and 62.8%of the non-nasal congestion group. The nNO concentration of the two groups was lower than that of the non-nasal plug group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.There were 31 cases of children with nNO detection and serum leukotriene in 108 cases of UACS who met the inclusion criteria. Both of them were positively correlated with Spearman correlation test,P<0.05,Which was statistically significant.Among the 108 UACS patients who met the inclusion criteria,50 cases of serum leukotrienes and FeNO were successfully performed. Both of them were positively correlated by Spearman correlation test,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Among the 108 UACS patients who met the inclusion criteria, there were 44 children who were able to complete nNO and FeNO test effectively, both of them had a positive correlation with Spearman correlation test,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.In children with UACS,2/3 of the children were preschool, mostly single factor.2.The level of nNO,FeNO and serum leukotriene in children with NACS increased in different degrees. The level of nNO was significantly higher than that of nasal congestion, and nasal obstruction could affect the evaluation of nasal inflammation in children.,Nasal congestion symptoms after the re-nasal airway inflammation level of monitoring.3.There was a positive correlation between serum leukotriene level and airway inflammation level in children with UACS.There was a positive correlation between nNO level and FeNO level in UACS children.
