Objective:.Through the collection of JINGZHUI No.1 and neck pain particles treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of clinical curative effect,systematic observation of cervical vertebra 1 and neck pain particles treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Method:All clinical data are from December 2015 to December 2016 in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital orthopedic outpatient consulting room director Zhou Lindong clinic in 40 patients with nerve type cervical spondylosis screening conditions were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 20 cases,were given treatment of cervical No.1 Decoction and oral neck pain particles were observed,VAS pain score and JOA the score before and after treatment and collect relevant data,using statistical methods,comparison and analysis of it,in order to obtain the exact effect between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the treatment group in fourth weeks,the VAS pain score than the control group significantly reduce pain,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Compared with the control group,there is significant difference between the treatment group in the second week JOA score(p<0.05),there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group in fourth weeks(JOA score p<0.01),treatment group,neurological status improved significantly,and the treatment group scores were continued to improve,no rebound.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of JINGZHUI No.1 and neck pain particles may alleviate the nerve root type cervical spondylosis,JINGZHUI No.1 Decoction Treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is more obvious,it is one of the most important choice for clinical use of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
